Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
